Meritons deal with Bankia treats the loans Fundacion and the club have with the financial entity, in total 324 million Euros. This will now be spit into 4 loans, where the totality of the Fundación loan will be repaid as per the share sale agreement. The club’s remaining debt will be restructured into three parts 1) 150 million repaid in 15 years with the three first only requiring interest payments of 1,5%. In total the club is expected to pay 2,25 million euros per season for this during the three years. From June 2017 the amount will be 12,5 million per season.The rest is divided into two credits of 19 and 25 million, and a 61 million credit. Lim has provided a business plan to ensure income to the club from day 1. In sum it mean the club passes from paying 16 million euros per season to 2,5 for the next three years to Bankia.
